It is an ideal location for exploring the city centre. The staff are exceptional. We couldn’t work out how to get our car to the front of the hotel as it is situated in a pedestrian area. We parked our car in a public car park then walked to the hotel and explained the predicament. Without hesitation, Matild, said she would come with us and drive to the hotel and then took the car and parked it. Service like that has to be recognised. It is on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion.

The location was superb - right at the heart of things but very quiet from the perspective of sleeping. All of the staff were brilliant - and the Reception staff were exceptional and so helpful with our various requests associated with the fact that my son was competing in an Iron Man competition, so had his bike, etc with him. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

There was nothing not to like. It was a great location right in the centre of the old part of Luxenberg. Staff were great, breakfast delicious, and they offered you eggs in every way.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. After being warmly welcomed by the staff, I entered one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was dreamy. I was lucky enough to pour a table in the restaurant, Cristallerie, where I enjoyed the chefs tasting menu. It was an experience. I will never forget well worth the visit on all count!

The room was clean, of decent size, and the decor was quite tastefully done. Very nice, indeed!! The location is fantastic. You literally walk out the door into the main plaza of the city center. Some vehicles do come through, but the traffic is almost all pedestrian. Food choices in the immediate vicinity are abundant, and varied. There is a delightful outdoor social atmosphere there in the plaza and surrounding streets, with sidewalk tables and an immense amount of food-related social activity all around. It is a 2 minute walk to the tram and bus stop at Humilius station, from which you can take any of the free (very nice) public transport options to most sections of the city with little difficulty. We took a free train and bus ride to Vianden (a little less than 2 hour trip) to see the castle - a nice trip. The hotel is extremely well situated for most anything that you could want to do.

Just amazing hotel!!! Location was perfect, in historical center! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was just wonderful, very big and beautiful and clean! The hotel is located in old building, so you will feel like you are staying in a castle)) Literally in love with that hotel! The restaurant and bar were good as well. The tastiest omelet for my breakfast))) Just want to thanks one more time for warm welcome and wonderful stay! Thank you!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is impeccably maintained! The rooms are a bit unusual - lots of steps - but that adds to the experience! The best part about the hotel is the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful! I HIGHLY recommend!
