The location was superb - right at the heart of things but very quiet from the perspective of sleeping. All of the staff were brilliant - and the Reception staff were exceptional and so helpful with our various requests associated with the fact that my son was competing in an Iron Man competition, so had his bike, etc with him. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. The room was clean, of decent size, and the decor was quite tastefully done. Very nice, indeed!! The location is fantastic. You literally walk out the door into the main plaza of the city center. Some vehicles do come through, but the traffic is almost all pedestrian. Food choices in the immediate vicinity are abundant, and varied. There is a delightful outdoor social atmosphere there in the plaza and surrounding streets, with sidewalk tables and an immense amount of food-related social activity all around. It is a 2 minute walk to the tram and bus stop at Humilius station, from which you can take any of the free (very nice) public transport options to most sections of the city with little difficulty. We took a free train and bus ride to Vianden (a little less than 2 hour trip) to see the castle - a nice trip. The hotel is extremely well situated for most anything that you could want to do.

Just amazing hotel!!! Location was perfect, in historical center! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was just wonderful, very big and beautiful and clean! The hotel is located in old building, so you will feel like you are staying in a castle)) Literally in love with that hotel! The restaurant and bar were good as well. The tastiest omelet for my breakfast))) Just want to thanks one more time for warm welcome and wonderful stay! Thank you!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is impeccably maintained! The rooms are a bit unusual - lots of steps - but that adds to the experience! The best part about the hotel is the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful! I HIGHLY recommend!

Centrally located on the city’s main square, the hotel was just a 10 minute taxi from the train station. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable with luxurious sheets and soft down pillows. The bathrobe was thick and inviting. Bath accessories smelled heavenly. The minibar was stocked with everything we needed.

This hotel is exquisite and worth every penny (or euro 😉) Our room was absolutely stunning with the soaring ceilings and old wood beams, We had a gorgeous bed with a velvet headboard and all of the furnishings were luxurious. The bathroom was perfect for two people with a separate water closet and a wonderful shower with great water pressure. The location cant be beat for amazing shopping and easy access to free tram and buses and delicious places to eat. The staff is wonderfully helpful and first class. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel could not have been more central, situated in the main square which is full of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, full of light and very clean. The reception staff was super helpful and always ready to give out helpful advice. Highly recommended hotel.
